Carer Support Services provides a 'first contact' information point for carers, to assist and support them in accessing services including respite care.  It is on Level One of the White Administration Building, Anne Caudle Centre Campus.

The service:

• Coordinates access to respite care services
• Develops and maintains a residential respite booking service
• Provides practical and emotional support to carers and recipients
• Has 24-hour emergency access
• Encourages and coordinates the use of volunteers in the provision of respite

The service is available to carers of people who have a disability, mental illness, are frail aged, have dementia or a chronic illness.

Carer Support Services operates throughout the Loddon Mallee Region.
