The organisation supports five Grade 1 staff, three Grade 2 positions, two Senior Grade 3 positions and a chief / manager role.

At Bendigo Health we value continuing professional development. We encourage our staff to attend professional development events, pursue further research or develop specialised clinical skills. In addition, we are actively involved in formal mentor programs enabling our staff to share their experiences and benefit from the wealth of experience within speech pathology and allied health throughout Victoria.
