• people living at home who need regular visits to the speech pathologist for their communication or swallowing problems, caused by damage to the nervous system e.g. stroke, progressive neurological disorders, brain injury
  
  
• children and adolescents with complex neurological deficits requiring different types of rehabilitation

How to refer?

A written referral by a health professional is required.
