Services for people in the rehabilitation ward who:

• have communication, cognitive or swallowing problems
  
  
• all patients who have had a stroke will be seen by a speech pathologist as part of our stroke team
  
  
• people may be admitted to rehabilitation from home or another hospital

Medical, nursing or allied health staff at the hospital can refer to speech pathology.
